Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Level Up. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (eBook/PDF)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, eBook purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. However, we offer a refund in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You were charged but did not receive the download link
  • A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge

2. Physical Books (Paperback)

You may request a refund for the physical book within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The book arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The book was not delivered within the promised timeframe

Refunds are not accepted for change of mind after delivery of an undamaged product.

3. Refund Process

  1. Email us at khan.shahnawaj@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request — [Order ID]"
  2. Include your order details, reason for refund, and photos (if applicable)
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

4. Bundle Orders

For bundle (Paperback + eBook) orders, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on which component is being returned.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
