Return Policy

We strive to ensure every copy of Level Up reaches you in perfect condition. Here is our return policy for physical book purchases.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Physical books may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The book is damaged, defective, or misprinted
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The package was visibly tampered with on delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Books that have been read and are in used condition
  • eBooks and digital downloads
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window
  • Books purchased from third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon) — please follow their return policy

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email khan.shahnawaj@gmail.com with subject "Return Request — [Order ID]"
  2. Attach photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  3. We will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) or advise next steps

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Inspection & Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will send a replacement copy (subject to availability) or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

6. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original condition. Books that show signs of reading, highlighting, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
